HERE’S JUST A FRACTION OF WHAT YOU’LL LEARN ON
THIS FREE WEBINAR:

The Muscle Priority Protocol

Why "Eat Less, Walk More" Is the Fastest Path Back to Regain After Surgery

Enemy/Problem: Cardio-first post-op plans that burn through the muscle you can’t afford to lose.

Stacy, 40s — Lost the final 30 pounds post-op after switching from cardio-first to muscle-first in 4 months.

The Reverse Restriction Method

Why the 1,200-Calorie Meal Plan Is Quietly Destroying Your Metabolism

Enemy/Problem: Chronic under-eating, GLP-1 under-fueling, and protein floors that are 40 grams too low.

Ashley, 40s — Brought calories up from 1,200 to 1,800, dropped 30 minutes off her half marathon, and body-composed through thyroid treatment in 8 weeks.

The Weekend-Proof Calendar Code

Why Your Weekends Are a Calendar Problem, Not a Willpower Problem

Enemy/Problem: Monday-through-Thursday discipline that has no Saturday-and-Sunday system behind it.

Taryl, 40s — Stay-at-home mom of seven, homeschooling, lost 100+ pounds post-op while running the exact calendar system taught in this workshop.

Check YES if any of these describe you:

You’re 6 months to 5+ years post-bariatric surgery and want to keep the weight off for life, not just for a year.

You’re doing everything right Monday through Thursday and losing the plot every Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday.

You’re tired of program-hopping between commercial diets, GLP-1 protocols, "eat clean" hacks, and extreme restriction cycles.

You want to look like you actually work out, not just look like a smaller version of who you were before surgery.

You’re ready for a system built by bariatric coaches who’ve had surgery themselves and know where you actually are.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

I’m Rob DiMedio, founder of Busy Bariatrics.

If you’re a post-op woman over 35 who feels like she’s been handed the wrong formula and blamed for it not working, I’ve been where you are.

On paper, I should have been a cautionary tale.

I’m a full-time high school history teacher, head football coach, and former administrator. I had bariatric surgery over five years ago and lost 150 pounds. Most bariatric patients don’t maintain that kind of loss long-term.

I did. And then I intentionally gained 50 pounds back in a muscle-building phase and lost it again, just to prove to myself and my clients that I know how to coach through regain, not just around it.

Here’s the part most people skip.

In year two and three post-op, I went through the exact same thing you’re going through. I was walking. I was eating "clean." I was following every rule I’d been given.

And I was watching the weight come back.

I built The BUSY Method to fix my own bariatric journey first. Then I turned it into a full coaching system. I’ve now coached over 100 post-op women through it, and my team of coaches have all been through bariatric surgery themselves.

This is not a trainer who read a book about weight loss surgery. This is a coach who had one, lived it, and built the system he wishes someone had built for him.

Tonight, you get it.
